MEN'S MINISTRY
We are a men's outreach that looks for ways to extend God's love to men in our community and their families. We feel a responsibility to honor and equip men to become the leaders God has designed them to be. We leverage our resources to serve in training them to be the best husbands, fathers, and neighbors they can possibly be.
WOMEN'S MINISTRY
We are a women's outreach ministry that looks for ways to extend God's love to women in our community and their families. We know and understand the unique challenges women face and the pressures society can place on them. We leverage our resources to serve in training them to overcome cultural resistance to biblical womanhood. We also use our resources to help them be the best wives, mothers, and neighbors they can possibly be in order to help them impact the world for the better.
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Children are dear to FMBC. We value impacting each child in our community God gives us the ability to reach in order to better their lives, invest in their future, and equip them to grow and stand firm in their faith in a world that can so often undervalue them. We partner with parents to equip each child to become all God has for them to be. We are committed to teaching sound doctrine and sound living to our little ones while modeling it in our own lives.
Currently, we have a Children's Worship Service during our normal weekly gathering to serve children ages 2-6. We plan to expand this in the coming months to serve ages 7-12.
SECURITY TEAM
At FMBC, we take guarding the flock God has given us as a serious responsibility. One part of guarding the flock is providing a safe space for our members and visitors to gather for worship, instruction, fellowship, and to serve and evangelize. To accomplish this goal, we identify and employ willing and able men and women to assist by serving on our Security Team.
We are currently looking for 3-4 people to begin serving on this team one to two times a month during our services. If you are interested in volunteering, contact Pastor Mike. You do need to be a member in good standing and have a background check.
SMALL GROUP HOSTS
The church is more than a worship service. It's a special group of people who live new lives connected to Jesus and each other. It's a new kingdom. To become that new people who live as a new kingdom, we employ small groups. The Small Group is a place members develop deeper relationships with God and other members of FMBC. We meet in homes and coffee shops, restaurants and parks. The goal is to have a way to really be involved in each other's lives.
We are looking for people who are willing to serve as Small Group hosts by opening their homes to other members. If you are willing and able to serve in this way, contact Pastor Mike.
GREETERS
We are a welcoming church. We love to see each other and we love to meet new people. We want to make you feel comfortable and welcome each time you come to be with us. One of the ways we are able to do that is by employing our members as part of the Greeter team. They are there to meet you when you arrive, assist you in finding whatever you may need help to find, and getting connected with our people.
